North Melbourne Surf Club came out of David Briggs Production Workshop in North Melbourne, Aus. David, Tony Naylor and Martin Cilia got together one day. After a couple of glasses of red wine it was decided they should record an instrumental guitar album.
They recruited friends, Geoff Cox on drums & James Gillard on bass guitar with David producing. Joe Camelleri guests on sax on Souled Out.
